 I started my own restaurant business in 2019 (Kai Smokehouse).  While my husband and I had many skills to bring to the business neither of us had any experience in bookkeeping or managing business accounts.  I was introduced to Michelle through a mutual friend who recommended her to me. From our first meeting I had complete confidence in Michelle's ability to provide all that I needed, from finding me the best software package to managing our VAT returns and preparing the year end accounts. Initially, Michelle carried out every accounting task for me, all I had to do was provide her with the receipts and then everything else happened as if by magic.  Once we started employing staff Michelle was on hand to advise and carry out all aspects of payroll. 

Michelle is always very diligent in her work, carrying out all tasks in a timely manner. I had full access to our accounts at all times so could always see what was happening.  Communicating with Michelle was also very straight forward, she was always only a phone call away and was easy to talk to, not using jargon and explaining things clearly.

There are so many things to think about and manage when running your own business, finding Michelle meant that we could confidently leave all of the bookkeeping tasks to her and get on with what we really wanted to do which was making and serving fabulous food.
